Family social and we are being joined by the Boxing Day Touch Rugby and Ladies Hockey who are also playing games at the same time. So, plenty of sports for you to get involved with rugby, touch or hockey - just come down.

Christmas Training schedule

It is essential that the 1sts and 2nds maintain fitness over Xmas and training will continue. Games restart on 3rd Jan! Everyone including colts and U16s are welcome and the sessions are non contact. Please make sure you make the effort to attend and 1sts and 2nds must let their captains or Dudders know, if you cannot make a session.

Please try these sessions which are specially formulated for core strength conditioning for rugby. Sessions are £3 and £1 to encourage U18s/U16s. Some of 1st and 2nd XV squad have not yet tried them and will benefit greatly from them!
