Anti-Bullying Policy

Crewe and Nantwich RUFC will not tolerate bullying in any shape or form or at any level. If as a player or parent you suspect an incident of bullying it is your responsibility, in the first instance, to report this to a club official at the earliest opportunity.

Any incident will be investigated fully and statements will be taken from both parties in absolute confidence to protect both accused and victim alike.

Should a club member be accused of bullying the club may suspend the accused until after the investigation, this however is at the discretion of the Welfare Officer and dependant on the actual reported incident.

If a club member is found to be party to any bullying no matter what form it takes then the club has the power to terminate the guilty party's membership and may refer the incident to the authorities at their discretion.

The guilty party always has the right of appeal and there is an appeal process through the Welfare Officer.

STAMP OUT BULLYING!
